Full Chakra Cleansing

My Full Chakra Cleansing session is a complete energetic reset for all seven chakras, held online so you can relax in your own space while I work with your energy field.

I start by grounding your Root chakra, helping you feel safer, more present, and less scattered. Here I clear out the heavy, survival-level stress that can sit in the lower body and legs. From there, I move into the Sacral chakra, gently balancing your emotions, creativity, and sensual energy so you can feel more inspired and less overwhelmed or numb. 

At the Solar Plexus, I support your sense of confidence and personal power, softening anxiety or knot-in-the-stomach tension. Then I move into a Heart Chakra Cleansing, bringing soothing Reiki into old hurts, grief, or walls around love. Many people feel warmth or a soft opening in the chest during this part. Next comes Throat Chakra Cleansing, where I clear congestion around communication and self-expression. This is where I support you in feeling safer to speak your truth, set boundaries, and stop shrinking your voice.

For the Third Eye Chakra Cleansing, I focus on your inner vision and intuition, clearing mental fog, doubt, or overthinking so your inner guidance can come through more clearly. Finally, I harmonize the Crown chakra, connecting you back to your own sense of something greater, whatever that means for you personally.

Throughout the session, I share what I notice, and after we finish, I give you a brief summary of which chakras felt most active and how you can continue supporting them.
